We get asked the same or similar questions very often. Here are some of our more frequently asked questions.

• What is the length of a Driving Lesson?
  Normal lesson time is one hour ,however we can customise lessons to suit. We also take one and a half and two hour lessons.
• What is the cost of a lesson?
  At this time a one hour lesson is $60.00 including GST.
• Where do you pick up students?
  We can pick up students up from home, school ,University or work within the area we operate. Prior arrangements can be made with the instructor.
• Do you take lessons in Automatic and manual cars?
  Yes we have both auto and manual cars. All are modern and fully insured.
• How many lessons will I need?
  Everyone is different in their ability to learn to drive.However on average, a student will normally take a minimum 6 lessons to be able to steer and control the car.
• How long do I have to wait to get a lesson?
  As we have several cars we can normally fit new students in for a lesson within 2-3 days of their enquirey.
• Do you cater for overseas licence holders?
  Yes we reguarly take oversas licence holders out on lessons. Either to familiarise them with local driving conditions or to prepare them for the driving test.
• Does Indooroopilly Driving School have a high Driving Test pass rate?
  Yes we have one of the highest pass rates in our area of operation. Our aim is to teach students how to become safe drivers. This leads to high pass rates.
• How experienced are the instructors at Indooroopilly Driving School?
  All instructors are fully accredited with Queensland Transport and hold Blue cards for teaching under 17 year olds. We have over 20 years of Driver Training experience.
• Do you take nervous students for Driving Lessons?
  Yes, we pride ourselves in being able to take students from all cultures, walks of life, and abilities. We take you through the process of driving one step at a time. We work out an individual plan for each student and move at each students individual pace. We understand learning to drive can be a stressful experience.Our cars all have dual controls and we are always there to assist when necessary. You can then gain confidence and compentence quickly.
